If there’s one thing I love to do it’s meal plan {I know, it’s the virgo in me!}  I don’t know about you, but for me, with 3 boys and a husby that all have different schedules, we are always on the go!  I mean, let’s be honest, who REALLY has time to think about what’s for dinner every night and then go to the market for what you need?  This is why I sit down every Sunday, plan my meals for the week, and head to the grocery store with my list!  Not only do I save time, I save a whole lot of moo-la because I don’t walk  up and down those aisles “binge” shopping {as I like to call it!}  HERE’S MY MENU FOR THE WEEK…….


 This week on the menu: fast, easy. and kid friendly!!

Monday:  Open face caprese sandwiches with strawberries on the side

Tuesday:  Build your own tacos night

Wednesday:  Angel hair pasta with fresh tomato sauce & broccoli on the side

 Thursday:   Grilled spiced chicken with chickpeas & pita bread

 Friday:  Mini burgers with couscous salad & hummus
